Contact Peak Paddlers

Peak Paddlers was officially formed on 1 June 2008, offering canoeing for people of all ages and abilities.  We have both adult (starting at age 18) and family membership available and paddle in Buxton Spa Pool during the winter and outdoors during the summer.  Our outdoor home base is the beautiful Errwood reservoir in the Peak District Goyt Valley and we can often be found paddling along the many lovely canals which surround us. Additionally we like to venture further afield for weekends away with families and our new-found friends.

If you are able to join you may, of course, bring your own kit, but if you don’t have any don’t worry we have an excellent range of boats and equipment that you can hire. Whether you want to learn how to paddle, practise your existing skills or take the canoeing and coaching awards, BCU qualified coaches are often available at our sessions to assist. Whatever you fancy you will find that Peak Paddlers is the club for you.

Peak Paddlers have frequent committee meetings throughout the year. If members have an issue they wish to be raised please contact a committee member, to enable it to be added to the agenda of the next meeting.
